Sleep is So Important

There are a million reasons why sleep benefits you so I’m going to keep it brief. Without getting enough sleep it can become very difficult to function properly. With changing schedules finding a good sleep pattern can be hard but should remain a priority. I recently have gotten bad about when I go to sleep and notice it’s really affecting me. Lack of sleep can have negative effects on your health physically and mentally. Many studies show it’s especially vital to teens and children who aren’t fully developed. So do yourself a favor, make a sleep schedule, then stick to it! You’ll feel much better in the long run 🙂

  1. I can tell this is true. I usually have a steady sleep schedule during the week, but during the weekends I stay up late. I can tell the difference because I feel very drained and down on the weekends and I’m more or less fine during the week. After reading, this I might just fix that. Thank you for bringing this to light.

  2. I agree 100% that sleep is so important and especially for teens like you said. I just might have to make myself a sleep schedule now so thank you!

  3. This is so true. I suffer from insomniac-like nights, and the next day I cannot function as a normal person. I get no work done, and I am very moody. Sometimes I go through weeks or months where I do not sleep well and during those times I get sick, so I agree that sleep effects you not only mentally, but definitely physically too!

  4. I think that this is very true and that sleep is extremely important. It can be hard sometimes to keep a good sleeping schedule because of school work, but I know how important it is to your overall health.
