Everybody loves comfort food. Had a terrible day? Try treating yourself for a change. I’m not saying eating for comfort every day is healthy. It’s not. However, most things are good in moderation. For me, it’s more about memories that come with certain foods. For example, I always think of my Mamaw whenever I smell handmade macaroni.
